How can I benefit from promotions and offers ?

You must always pass on the discount code (s) in order to enjoy it. Check whether your order meets all award conditions, such as: the validity of the discount code. Our offers cannot be combined, meaning that you can only enjoy 1 discount code per order.

The system is not accepting my coupon. What do I do now ?

Possibly the discount coupon is no longer valid. If you are convinced that the discount voucher is valid, please state this in the comment field

What are the different payment options ?

You can settle your order with your VISA or Mastercard card, a credit or a voucher, by transfer or via Paypal. If you pick up your order, you can also pay with bancontact or cash.

Deliveries 

What are the different delivery options and deadlines ?

For all items in stock, the delivery time is on average 10 calendar days from the receipt of your order. All orders are sent by post / carrier or picked up by you in the store.

Can delivery be made to a different address ?

You can have your package delivered to the address of your choice without any problems. The conditions are then the same as an order that would be delivered to your home. An authorized person must always sign off to receive the order.

What costs will be added to my order ?

Shipping costs are only charged when ordering. (EUR 7 for Belgium; EUR 8 for the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany; EUR 14.25 for the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia. Finally, EUR 25 for the other European countries and an applicable rate outside the EU.

There are no shipping costs for purchases> 250 EUR in the Benelux, France and Germany; There are no shipping costs for purchases> 500 EUR for the other indicated European countries.

Shipping costs are only charged once, even if the order is delivered in multiple times. The contribution to the shipping costs of the order remains due even though the Buyer asserts his rights to return his order in whole or in part. Best Performance reserves the right to change these costs during the course of the season.

I want to change or candel my order, is this possible ?

Contact us as soon as possible (Via email: info@best-performance.com, or by telephone +32 (0) 9 380 07 47). If the goods have not yet left and the order has not been ordered to order or personalized products. If the order has already left or the products have been ordered made to measure, costs will be charged.

Will I be notified when my package is delivered ?

I received my package and there is something wrong with the delivered items. What now ?

Something is wrong with the size or color 

The item does not fit you, no problem, if there is a larger or smaller size, you can exchange it without a problem. If the article is printed, this can NOT be exchanged. You do not like the color, if the article is available in a different color you can easily exchange it.

I did not receive the correct article 

In this case we invite you to contact our customer service

The article is incomplete 

Check the packaging and the item itself, it may happen that parts or accessories are somewhere under or between

The article is deffect 

Be sure to go over the operating instructions and do not forget to provide the device with batteries if necessary.

The article is damaged

My invoice does not seem to be correct 

The price of the article is not correct 

There may be a price difference depending on the size and / or color chosen. Check in the catalog from which you ordered whether the price charged corresponds to the item received.

Warranty and exchange 

According to the consumer protection law you have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days after your purchase. Within this period you may return a product in its original condition and with original accessories. You must pay the postage costs for the return. You can easily send an email to info@best-performance.com with your order number clearly stated in the subject of your email. Indicate in this e-mail what you wish to return and whether you wish to exchange it or have it credited. We will then email you the return procedure. Shipping is always at the expense and risk of the sender. You must also package the package properly and frank it sufficiently. Only after receiving the returned goods will the credit note be drawn up or the exchanged goods sent. Please note, if the item is printed, it can NOT be exchanged!

Warranty 

We provide a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products. This means that we replace or repair a product free of charge that is defective due to an error in production. Normal wear due to intense use is not covered by the warranty. Damage or wear due to incorrect use of a product is not covered by the warranty..

How do you apply for a warranty ?

take a digital photo of the package and your receipt or invoice and email this to info@best-performance.com. We view the photos and give a definitive answer in consultation with the manufacturer whether a defect is covered by the warranty. If something is covered by the warranty, we will have the package collected and provide repair or replacement. If it is not covered by warranty, then we can possibly find a solution to repair the item.

How to return something ?

Returning is simple and easy. With the 14 day return guarantee you return at your own expense. However, with warranty or incorrect delivery this is free of charge. Pack your order very well and soundly at all times to prevent damage. You will receive the return procedure by email after your request, tailored to your wishes and situation. Mail us info@best-performance.com.

How and when do I receive my refund ?

If you provide your bank account number, you will be refunded at the latest 30 days after receiving the returned goods. If you do not provide your bank number, you will receive a voucher (valid for 3 months) for a subsequent purchase.
